These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the marketing websites, landing pages, call-connect pages, and related Services operated by Tarsan MVAS Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Services, calling a number displayed, or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Service-Specific Disclosure (Debt Relief)

Debt-relief and debt-settlement services may have tax consequences and may negatively affect your credit score. Not all debts are eligible. We do not guarantee that any debt will be reduced or that any specific result will be achieved; results vary based on your individual circumstances and the program offered by the third-party provider. Please consult a qualified financial, legal, or tax advisor before enrolling in any debt-relief program. We are not a debt-relief, debt-settlement, debt-consolidation, credit-counseling, or law firm.

1. Nature of the Services

We operate the debt-relief marketing website at debt.homeiq.click, under the brand name "DebtRelief Pro". We are not a lender, debt-relief company, insurance carrier, or licensed insurance producer. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or insurance advice. The Services connect you with independent third-party providers, agents, and brokers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal resident of the country/state from which you access the Services. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Lead Submission & Consent

When you submit a form or place a call, you authorize us to share your information with one or more partners and to be contacted by phone, SMS, and email — including via automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages — at the number and address you provided. 4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information. We may verify, suppress, or remove any submission we believe to be inaccurate, fraudulent, duplicative, or in violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Where applicable consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction afford you greater rights, those rights shall apply.

16. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
